3. Commission Structure

As a Lead Finder, you are eligible to earn:

• 30% front commission on successful deals
• 10% lifetime commission on recurring business

Commission rates are subject to change with notice. All commissions are paid out according to our payment schedule and policies.

4. Lead Quality Standards

All submitted leads must meet our quality standards:

• Must be genuine business opportunities
• Must include accurate contact information
• Must be for website or mobile app development projects
• Must not be previously submitted by another user

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account
• Not share your access with unauthorized users
• Follow ethical business practices
• Respect client privacy and data protection laws

6. Intellectual Property

The platform, content, and trademarks are owned by LeadsKarobar (iTECH19). You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without express permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

LeadsKarobar (iTECH19) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.
